Once again, Marine USA, Inc (www.MarineUSAinc.com) of Worcester, Massachusetts extended a helping hand to the New England Paralyzed Veterans of America Bass Trail! "My father started our relationship with the New England PVA Bass Trail ten-years ago, and since then we have been strong supporters of the program," says Marc Tsourides owner of the Tracker/Nitro Dealership. (www.NitroBoats.com). This time the Tsouride Family donated a Tracker Car Topper to assist the Bass Trail in raising important monetary funding to keep the 'Entry Free Fee' in existence. "Due to the economic situation of America we have lost many of our larger sponsorship contributors! However, Marine USA always seem to find a way to support our Paralyzed and Disabled anglers," says Tiny LaFontaine, Tournament Director of the NEPVA Bass Trail. Utilizing the Tracker Car Topper as a major Raffle Prize the New England PVA sold raffle tickets at various Boat and Sportsmen Shows for the scheduled March 22nd, 2009 official drawing. "We thought it only fitting to have the drawing at our 10th Annual Fishing Expo and Outdoor Show, held at our Worcester location," says Nitro Pro Staff Team Captain Mike Mantha. On hand to help with the drawing was New England Paralyzed Veterans of America Chapter President Craig Cascella, Vice President Deb Freed, NEPVA member Liaison Jim Wallack and members of the NEPVA Bass Trail. With hundred of tickets being tossed and turned in a clear plastic Bass Trail Weigh-in Bag NEPVA Tournament Director Tiny LaFontaine held open the large bag as NEPVA President Cascella reached in and drew the lucky winner. With the winning ticket in the hand of a Marine USA Pro-Staffer a telephone call was made to Fran Bogdelli of Somers, Connecticut the lucky winner of the 10' Tracker Car Topper valued at $900.00. Arrangements were handled by Marine USA to deliver the Tracker Car Topper to Mr. Bogdelli, as all paperwork for the transfer of ownership was signed and completed. Mr. Bogdelli was overwhelmed and stated he and his family would put the Tracker Car Topper to good use on their many camping trips to the Berkshires this summer. In addition to the nearly $2,000 raised in raffle tickets from the donated Marine USA Tracker Car Topper, Marine USA also donated all of the food and beverages in their concession stand during their two-day Fishing Expo with proceeds over $900.00 going to the New England PVA Bass Trail as well. God Bless and Best Bass’n
